How long will my order take?
Processing time: Orders ship in 5-7 business days, or sooner!
Shipping time: Artwork and wearable items are sent through lettermail. This is an inexpensive shipping option that doesn’t require your items to be sent as a parcel, however, it doesn't include tracking. If you need tracking, please contact info@happyland.shop to request a shipping upgrade.
- In Canada: you should receive your order within 25 business days*.
- US/International orders: items may take a month*, or longer to arrive – plan your gift purchases accordingly!
Made to order apparel is shipped separately via Fedex/UPS.
I’m ordering from outside of Canada. Who pays customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I’ve received the artwork I ordered, but am still waiting on my t-shirt. What gives?
Made to order apparel will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Artwork and wearables items such as pins and totes are shipped from Winnipeg; made to order apparel items are shipped directly from Happyland’s fulfillment partner in Ontario.
I’m in Winnipeg and don’t want to pay for shipping. Can I pick up my order?
I am not able to offer order pick up at this time. Made to order apparel is shipped directly to you from Happyland’s fulfillment partner in Ontario -- your t-shirt/sweater is not in stock here in Winnipeg.

Do you except returns or exchanges?
Items may be accepted as returns circumstantially within 14 days of receiving your order.
If there's an issue with the quality of your item, please reach out! To start a return, you can contact us at info@happyland.shop.
For orders that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or in a size/style other than what you ordered, your request will be reviewed and it will be determined whether a refund or exchange is granted. You will be responsible for return costs, if required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Made to order items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to ordering errors outside of Happyland's control. This includes purchasing the wrong size, color, etc.

Can I cancel my order?
I don't accept cancellations, but please reach out if you have any problems with your order.
Will you donate a prize to my wedding social, fundraiser, or event swag bag?
At this time I am unable to supply artwork or items for socials or fundraiser prizes: I get far too many requests to be able to fulfill each one. Please do not email me or contact me on social media requesting a prize donation.
