Refund policy

Items may be accepted as returns circumstantially within 14 days of receiving your order.

If there's an issue with an item you've ordered from the happyland.shop, please reach out! To start a return, you can contact info@happyland.shop

For orders that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or in a size/style other than what you ordered, your request will be reviewed and it will be determined whether a refund or exchange is granted. You will be responsible for return costs, if required.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return requests through social media / direct messaging on social media platforms will not be processed. 

Returns or exchanges for items purchased from stockists or received as gifts will not be accepted. Proof of purchase required. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Made to order items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to ordering errors outside of Happyland's control. This includes purchasing the wrong size, color, etc.
